1. Scope and Purpose
This web application has been specially developed for the internal use of شركة رمز الأوائل المتحدة للمقاولات (RAMZ AL AWAEL UNITED CONTRACTING COMPANY L.L.C). It is intended exclusively to assist authorized company personnel in preparing recruitment evaluations and employee document reports.
2. Authorized Use & Credentials
Users must only upload documents, credentials, CVs, and identification copies that they are explicitly authorized to process. Uploading files without proper authorization, or processing information belonging to individuals who have not consented to recruitment assessment, is strictly prohibited.
3. Privacy, Temporary Processing & Data Integrity
Uploaded files, portraits, scanned images, and extracted text are used temporarily for the sole purpose of analyzing candidate information and generating the report. Employee documents, photographs, raw extracted text, and compiled report contents are not stored permanently in the application database.
Upon report generation, the system initiates the following automatic deletion routines:
- Original uploaded documents, images, and text extractions are deleted from temporary folders immediately.
- Temporary session variables and intermediate AI payloads are cleared immediately.
- Compiled report files (PDF and Word outputs) remain downloadable for a maximum period of 10 minutes, after which they are permanently deleted by server-side cleanup tasks.
4. Retained Logging Metadata
To ensure operational visibility and audit security, the system retains limited, non-sensitive metadata logs. These logs include only: Report reference code, masked employee ID (e.g. EMP-****-3482), one-way ID hash, processing durations, countries/currencies detected, AI models used, and timestamps of file deletion checkpoints. These logs do not contain raw candidate names, credentials, or document content.
5. Third-Party AI & Processing Disclosure
This application utilizes third-party artificial intelligence services (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI GPT models) to assist in document extraction and mismatch analysis. By submitting documents to this portal, you acknowledge that text extracted from attachments will be securely transmitted to these API endpoints for analysis. This transmission is performed using encrypted channels and API parameters that prevent models from training on corporate submissions.
6. User Verification Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
Users are solely responsible for reviewing generated reports and confirming the accuracy of all extracted information before using it for recruitment, employment, legal, medical, immigration, insurance, or compliance purposes.
The developer does not guarantee that Optical Character Recognition (OCR), artificial intelligence layers, Hijri date conversion calculations, or automatic document discrepancy analysis will always be fully accurate. All results must be manually verified by authorized company personnel.
In no event shall the developers or contractors of this application be liable for any damages, errors, lost opportunities, or inaccuracies resulting from the use or processing outputs of this tool.
